Dedicated to maintaining The Capston’s exceptional service, the Porters’ Lodge is where the Concierge and team carry out the functions of the building quietly, efficiently and effectively. This is where parcels are accepted, and luggage stored, all via a separate discreet entrance.

Quiet enlightenment in a serene space, The Library is a true sanctuary. Light breaks in from the Secret Garden. Walls glow in a specially selected walnut veneer. And as its centrepiece: a unique sculpted fireplace from the atelier of Fabienne L’Hostis.

The Drawing Room invites pause. Guests, warmly greeted in the Foyer, are brought through to await your arrival in an interior that radiates the joy and stillness of natural forms. The ethereal form of Anna Gillespie’s captivating bronze nestled within the garden, is framed perfectly for your contemplation.

Far from a space of passage, this is a sculptural experience. Taking you and guests from the Foyer through to the elevator lobby, there are glimpses of the Library, Drawing Room and Artist’s Parlour as you pass portals shaped from Cipollino marble in effortless, elegant curves.

SECRET GARDEN

IN A SECRET GARDEN, KOI TUMBLE AND TURN

Secluded and serene, the Secret Garden is a living study in colour and form. Inspired by Japanese asymmetry, its vibrant planting offers a place for pause. A sheltered cloister that runs along its northern edge offers a place to practice mindfulness or rest between the gymnasium and spa.
